SIZE & CU (o) CI! That 'the friutto of my work today:

for the first recipe and the 'very simple:
200g butter 200g flour 270g philadelphia
two and a half tablespoons of sugar in a bowl
Place softened butter, sugar and Philadelphia. Working with a spoon until a smooth cream. At this point, add the flour and stir with a spoon first, then gradually knead the dough takes shape by hand kneading it slightly.
a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Now take the dough on floured surface and roll it out quickly with the aid of a rolling pin. Stop at a thickness of 1.5 mm triangles and cut the size you want and then surgelateli!
Bake (from frozen) to 200 for the first 20 minutes, then lower to 180 and continue for another 5 / 10 minutes in order for it to cook well inside. For
