projects completed during the course held by prof. Bistagnino and prof. Gunter Pauli, which deals with the systemic view of the pig industry in the province of Cuneo: thanks to the reuse of waste production agricultural and other land holdings, you can achieve savings in terms of resource and economic status and even water. The systemic view thus provides the combination of other activities to obtain new water purification and food for animals, such as the production of fungi, algae and fish.
The aim is to respect the land, to prevent export and import of materials, using only local resources.
